Shipping & Return Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

After you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation email from us. Please give us 1-2 business days to fully process your order. Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST will normally be processed within the same day; however, orders placed on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the next available business day.

You should receive a shipping date confirmation via email in addition to the tracking for the order after your order has been successfully processed. We offer ground shipping (approximately 3-5 days) and 2nd Day Air; however, please note that due to COVID-19 and current circumstances, delays can be expected on certain shipment. All domestic orders will be shipped between Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  

At this time, only domestic shipping will be offered.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY           

Due to our small business stature and limited amount of quantities, we are only offering returns/exchanges on damaged items or if an error has occurred on your order. Please notify us no later than 5 days after receipt of your items if you feel your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange. Unfortunately, any request after the 5-day period has ended will no longer be considered for a return or exchange.
